The ambition covers the process dimensions (eco-management practices) and the value proposition (product or service offerings, market segments to be maintained, developed or converted).

⮚ Deployment

We define an ambition and a roadmap aimed at developing new activities, transforming or converting existing activities.

We provide support for internal communication, organisation, recruitment and coaching of internal resources.

 ⮚ Measure

We provide support in managing the roadmap and in managing the various projects.

We co-create dashboards tailored to your measurement or reporting needs. We monitor and adapt the plan in line with feedback and the actual impact observed.

Target group : businesses (large companies, SMEs, VSEs) in all sectors.

Duration : between 4 and 12 months, depending on your company's internal resources.
