IGNEOS helps you define your strategy and implement your circular projects

Why the circular economy at your company?

The circular economy is at the heart of all business sectors.  The global context (European regulations, shortages of raw materials, rising energy costs, changing consumer expectations, demands from investors and financial partners, etc.) is prompting companies to rethink their business model. The transition to a more circular economy is a source of innovation and opportunities to create sustainable value. Eco-design, re-use, recycling and synergies between companies are all circular activities that are beneficial to the long-term future of your business.

The circular economy offers an alternative to the linear ‘extract-manufacture-consume-dispose’ model.   Above all, the circular model avoids wasting resources. When they are used, the circular economy makes the most of them and keeps them in circulation by reintegrating them into a system that continues to add value. Through the circularity of resources, the system helps to reduce dependence on raw materials and cut CO2 emissions.

Launching a circular economy initiative requires time and expertise to identify the circular economy initiatives that are most relevant to your company's sustainability and have the greatest environmental impact.

The benefits for your company

By integrating circular economy practices into your projects and your business, you can :

  • You confirm your sustainable ambition by integrating the principles of circularity into your business.
  • You have a roadmap for your priority projects.
  • You can measure the impact of your projects.
  • You increase the level of sustainability knowledge and expertise of your employees.

Our methodological approach?

⮚ Carrying out the diagnosis

Initially, we support you in the overall rethinking of your business model on the basis of a diagnosis shared with the company's management, key departments (purchasing, logistics, IT, marketing, etc.) and employees.

⮚ Identifying opportunities and assessing potential

Together we identify the opportunities and assess the potential, realism, impact (financial, environmental and social), as well as the risks. Solutions are then prioritised

⮚ Definition of a roadmap

Based on the priorities, we co-construct a roadmap of circular projects. The roadmap identifies the resources and key stages of the projects. It is accompanied by a dashboard with relevant indicators.

Operational follow-up

Depending on your resources, we facilitate the operational implementation of your projects, with the aim of empowering teams and employees as much as possible

Target audience :

  • Businesses (large companies, SMEs, VSEs) in all sectors
  • Company directors, management committees, various key departments

Duration : between 2 and 8 months, depending on the nature of the project and the company's degree of maturity.
